Job Description
1. Responsible for achieving targets and opening new outlets to expand market presence.
2. Conduct business development activities within the assigned region.
3. Perform distribution activities to ensure availability and visibility of products.
4. Drive and monitor productivity of Distributors & Team Salesmen.
5. Develop market share of specific products across various outlets.
6. Conduct branding, events, and selling initiatives in the covered area.
7. Submit weekly work plans and reports to RSM, and formulate long-term business development strategies.
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at a regional level
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a regional sales team.
4. Experience in developing and implementing sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
5. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
6.Proficient Mandarin communication skills are required for effective verbal interaction.
