• Location: Bali, Indonesia

• Key Requirements:

Proven experience in engineering or a related field role min. 1 year

• Familiarity with the specific industry and engineering processes.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is often preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the night shift engineering team.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Coordinate and manage engineering projects scheduled for the night shift.

• Address and resolve engineering issues that arise during the night shift.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and implement solutions.

• Provide updates to the Engineering Manager and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment during the night shift.

Collaborate with maintenance staff to address issues promptly.
