Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Floor Manager at Bokashi, Bali. The Assistant Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, delivering excellent customer service, managing operations, and conducting training.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in the same role.
• Prior experience leader role in operation within Restaurant full service concept.
• Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Operations Management skills
• Training skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Fluent in English is a must.
