We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive financial insights, support business decisions, and leading financial planning and analysis processes. Apart from the typical FP&A responsibilities, the candidate will also be responsible for finance project management and lenders communication and coordination. The candidate will be reporting to Senior Finance Director, and he/she must be someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly financial forecasts and reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Develop financial presentations to communicate results, trends, and projections to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing actionable insights to drive decision-making related to financial projections, sales pipeline, bookings, and revenue recognition.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather inputs ad assumptions for financial plan and forecasts and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular variance analyses to track performance against budget and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers, procurements, and finance department.
  • Monitor and track operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) for projects development, reviewing purchase orders and budget spending to ensure financial discipline.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates on financial progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain good relationships and responsive communications with external stakeholders, including lenders.
  • Act as a point of contact for lenders and lenders agents, providing requested reports, documents, and other financial information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Analytics, meticulous and organized, able to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
