Our client, a reputable hospitality company offering both leisure and luxury events located in the premium location of Bali Island, is actively seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager.
As an Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily operations and administration. This position includes supervising employees, contributing to events management, cost control management and aiding in the organization's strategic expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in progressive managerial or leadership roles in hospitality management.
- Open to Expatriate candidates.
- Strong background in the hospitality industry preferably a luxury day club, five-star hotel brand or other similar establishment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and management effectively.
- Proven understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the day club.
