Job Description

Our client, a reputable hospitality company offering both leisure and luxury events located in the premium location of Bali Island, is actively seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager.

As an Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily operations and administration. This position includes supervising employees, contributing to events management, cost control management and aiding in the organization's strategic expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in progressive managerial or leadership roles in hospitality management.
  • Open to Expatriate candidates.
  • Strong background in the hospitality industry preferably a luxury day club, five-star hotel brand or other similar establishment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and management effectively.
  • Proven understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the day club.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist and manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Implement and monitor standard operation procedures (SOP).
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, training, and development of employees.
  • Assist with regular performance evaluation.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reports.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Handle financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions through campaigns.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce corrective measures.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through services.
  • Handles customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and regulations.
