This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Grn Resorts in Bali, Indonesia. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating with other departments. Your role will contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of laundry operations and processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Hiring and training housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is beneficial
