Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
Track & report activities of competitors
Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
Building strong relationships with key accounts.
Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience as Modern Trade/ Key Account/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/ Skincare/ Beauty product)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Having an existing relationship with a modern trade account (hyper/supermarket, minimarket, health & beauty store)
Able to Develop channel sales strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
