Responsibilities:-Responsible for the overall office management to ensure efficient daily operations and the smooth functioning of business premises.
Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with various departments/branches to provide general adminsitrative support and facilitate seamless communication.
Manage office supplies, inventory and procure necessary supplies, equipment or services as needed.
Maintain office premises, equipment (including telephone phone system, CCTV and firefighting extinguishers) and company's vehicles through timely maintenance and repairs.
Handle renewal of company vehicles insurance, road taxes, trade plates and business licenses and coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain licenses, permits and approvals , if required.
Coordinate the renewal of tenancy agreements of business premises across Malaysia in collaboration with ladlords and the group's legal team.
Oversee daily security operations and conduct checks on CCTV systmens in company buildings.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Management.
Diploma / bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role
Demonstrated ability to handle administration and operational tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to details.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to travel when required.
