We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual contributor as Assistant Manager for Advertising Sales to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and growth of our strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- To drive Sales & responsible to bring in revenue through selling Viu Inventory, sponsorships, content sales (AFP & other Viu Special Content Led Sales) including the on-ground events.
- Business development and client relationship management. To unlock business with new direct clients / brands as well as maintaining relationship with the existing clients / brands.
- Work with various agencies, direct clients to drive highest conversion from each of the campaign and projects to potential revenue for Viu
- Account planning and strategy.
- Sales Reporting Responsible for Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Problem resolution - Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and discussions
Requirements
- At least 4+ years experience Managing big Accounts as the clients at reputable agencies or at the client's /Business side
- Keen Sales Hunter, with assigned individual sales target. Experienced in driving end to end sales process from pitching, making proposals based on client's needs, presentation, canvassing, deal closure & Invoicing
- Experience in Media/ Digital Industry / any leading brands in Indonesia with strong networks as managed clients / agencies.
- Experience in manage multiple concurrent projects & working cross-functionally with array of internal teams.
- Flexible and independent, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
