Role Summary
The Business Insight & Strategy Assistant Manager will provide data, insight and recommendation gathered both from internal data (big data) or external information (research study). Based on those insights, you work closely with marketing, commercial and A&R division to identify any opportunities and develop strategy to help UMG artists to be more successful in the market.
About the role:
Business Insight & Strategy Assistant/Deputy Manager will report directly to Head of Business Insight & Strategy
Managing all available information in the company.
Propose to get external information that is relevant to the business.
Analyze available information and come up with business insight and business strategy.
Provide periodic tracking for user to make decision.
Desirable Traits:
Music lover!
Degree in Business Marketing, Mathematic, Industrial Engineer, Statistic, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in Market Research, Consumer Insight, Data Analytics, Business Development
Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship
Understanding and be able to run SQL program is required
Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
