- Assistant Manager - Center Operations
- Bachelor's degree (S1 / S2) in any related degree.
- Have experience related to operational management of shopping mall's / office's / retail's / Apartment's building management.
- Must have experience in each position: Assistant (Staff) fresh graduated are welcome, Executive (Supervisor) & Assistant Manager min. 2 years, General Manager min 3 years.
- Proficient in English is a must.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to use MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook), other applications would be better such as an ERP System, etc.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Willing to work at Alam Sutera Tangerang.
- For GM positions, those with a Building Management Certificate are preferred.
- Can show work records from previous companies.
- All candidates are willing to follow our standard process and requirements.
