ASSISTANT MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION - NUSAJAYA, JOHOR BAHRU (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

• LOCATION: NUSAJAYA, JOHOR BAHRU

• Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in handling daily operational tasks, effectively allocate tasks, and manage the team efficiently.
  

• Supervise and guide team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  

• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff to maintain an efficient team.
  

• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  

• Assist in developing and implementing project plans, oversee budgets, and allocate resources.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote cooperation and communication within the team.
  
• Requirements:

• Male.
  

• Age between 25 and 35 years old.
  

• Bachelor's degree.
  

• Relevant work experience in the construction engineering industry.
  

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

• Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  

• Monthly salary range from 5000 to 6500 Malaysian Ringgit.
