EKRUT is currently assisting a client, a logistic company based in North Jakarta in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager for Sales Logistics. The ideal candidate will focus on new business acquisition and driving sales growth within the logistics sector. The role involves managing freight, trucking, and warehouse services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for establishing new relationships with clients and expanding our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales opportunities and acquire new clients in freight, trucking, and warehouse services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Report on sales progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the logistics sector, with a strong focus on freight, trucking, and warehousing.
- Strong hunter mentality, able to seek and secure new business.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
