Assistant Manager Sales Marketing

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales & Marketing in Cosmetics and Toiletries Raw Material field
• Report to Executive Officer
• Manager or Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing for Cosmetics and Toiletries RM
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staffs productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education : S1 or S2 Chemical/ Chemical Engineering are preferable
• Language : Communicative English is a MUST, Japanese speaking is preferable
• Minimum 5 years in chemical company. Especially will handle chemical product for toiletries/ cosmetics/ personal care
• Having SIM A
• Understand about chemical product and process
• Understand how to calculate the cost of material
• Know characteristic of working style in Japanese company
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good in teamwork and communication, Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
