Get to Know the Role
We're on the hunt for an Assistant Manager to spearhead our GrabFood Demand in East Java. This pivotal role involves fostering the success of the GrabFood business in East Java by crafting demand levers tailored to local insights and leveraging the latest features available within the company. Stationed in Surabaya, you'll report directly to the GrabFood Demand Strategic & Planning Manager. This role offers the chance to collaborate with top strategists in the company and utilize cutting-edge tools. Moreover, it provides the opportunity for role expansion into broader areas and scopes. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Monitor, evaluate, and forecast the financial performance of the East Java Food business to ensure targeted growth and market leadership is achieved.
- Develop demand strategies for the Food business, tailored to local market insights.
- Evaluate the performance of demand strategies using quantitative methods.
- Collaborate with other departments to devise promotional visibility strategies.
- Leverage Generative AI tools in daily tasks to enhance work efficiency.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Need
- Min. holds a Bachelor's degree
- Min. 2+ years of experience in business consulting or a technology-related analytical role.
- Possess strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software (especially Google Sheet with App Script) will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Capable of partnering cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, marketing, operations, product management, and sales.
