Role Overview:The Assistant of Secondary and Auxiliary Revenues will focus on developing and executing strategies to enhance our business development and sales efforts. This position will play a key role in identifying new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Identify and develop new revenue streams, focusing on secondary and auxiliary revenues across various business units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Create and execute strategic business development and sales plans that align with company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and partnerships.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and achieving targets.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with industry trends and market research techniques.
