Job Description

Responsibilities

Working closely with stakeholders on defining audience target, budgeting, and goal setting, in order to deliver expected metrics.
Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok and other vendor partners to improve the performances.
Execute, monitor, analyze, and do reporting of each campaign, in order to do improvement of the upcoming campaigns.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements

Proven working experience (minimum 3 years) in Performance Marketing.
Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Proficient in using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Highly motivated, open-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success.
Good time-management & multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication (Bahasa Indonesia & English) and collaboration skills, well-organized, disciplined, and high initiative.
