Job Description
Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the beauty industry is looking for Assistant Production Manager Printing & Packaging in Surabaya area as descripted below:
Assisting in planning, organizing, and supervising the production process.
Ensuring products meet company quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
Controlling raw material inventory and coordinating the ordering process.
Ensuring machines are in good condition and ready for use, and coordinating with the maintenance team.
Job Requirements
Holds a bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role as an assistant manager.
Proficiency in business process analysis for printing & packaging.
Familiarity with sales & marketing, operations, R&D, supply management, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
Experience in the packaging industry.
Job location in Surabaya.
