Assistant Project Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written in Mandarin is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work and process large data sets in reporting and analytics processes
Responsibilities :
- Assist superiors in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Identify and address potential issues or risks, escalating as necessary.
- Support project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing resources.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Responsibilities or other work assigned by superiors
