Job Description

Assistant Project Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written in Mandarin is a must
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work and process large data sets in reporting and analytics processes

Responsibilities :

  • Assist superiors in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Identify and address potential issues or risks, escalating as necessary.
  • Support project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Responsibilities or other work assigned by superiors

Work location: MSIG Tower, Sudirman, Jakarta.
