Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure consistently delivering high quality service, addressing customer inquiries/concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Participate in training programs for new and existing staff- Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication

Indonesian citizenship- English communication skills
Proven experience in supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry
- Relevant bachelor's degree highly advantageous
Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Willing to relocate to Nusa Lembongan
