Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager- Location: Holiday Inn Resort Batam
As an Assistant Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Batam, you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will involve assisting in the creation and execution of sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Manage and grow client accounts by providing excellent service and tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Support the Sales Manager in meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry min 1 year at the same position in International Chain Hotel.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
