Job Description

Tanadewa Villas and Resort Bali by Cross Collection is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality market, and a proven track record in sales within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

- Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales performance.

Coordination and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Event and Meeting Participation:

- Represent the resort at trade shows, events, and meetings to promote the property.

- Participate in networking activities to build and maintain a strong professional network.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.
