Assistant Sales Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or a related field; experience in telco industry is often preferred
Easygoing and willing to communicate with others
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively
Ability to work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to coordinate account activities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
Actively listen to clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and work to tailor services or products to meet those needs
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling products or services to meet client needs and boost revenue
Work on strategies for client retention, addressing potential churn factors, and developing solutions to maintain long-term relationships
