Assistant Store Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager located in Bontang, Singkawang, Palu, Kendari, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Batam, Garut, & Jawa Timur area. The ASM/SM will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction at the Sociolla offline store. Responsibilities will include overseeing customer service, store management, retail loss prevention, and effective communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience as Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager (in beauty retail industry will be an advantage)
• Having strong leadership skills and customer management
• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
• Multitasking and strong willing
• Good administration & reporting skills using Ms.Office
• Available to be placed in Bontang, Singkawang, Palu, Kendari, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Batam, Garut, & Jawa Timur area
