You will be responsible for:
- Supporting C-Level ad-hoc tasks, which will vary e.g. conducting research, participate in focus group discussions and formulating company strategy.
- Organize and prepare for shareholder meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, coordinating appointment with C-Level.
- Assist C-Level in following up action matters, including typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Maintain various records and documents for C-Level.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Other ad-hoc project.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- University degree and/or secretarial qualification preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with good problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, and sense of urgency)
- Analytical, multi-tasker and team player.
- Position will be based in Jakarta.
