Proficient in three languages (English, Chinese, Indonesian).
Experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years as a regional manager in chain or group catering services; experience with Sodexo or Compass Group is preferred.
Understanding of the local food and beverage market.
Familiar with local food and beverage laws, regulations, and tax policies; experience handling cases related to relevant government departments overseeing the food and beverage industry.
Similar experience in managing foreign enterprises operating locally.
