RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages inbound activities related to receipt and storage of goods, inventory management and claims. Oversees outbound activities related to order-filing, stock replenishment, shipping. Administer overall inventory management, productivity, accuracy and lost prevention programs to ensure that customer requirements are met. Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, coach all operations personnel. Assist to identify opportunities and implement of continuous improvement. Ensure to meet internal and external expectations.
DUTIES:
- To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.
Manage operation staff and ensure daily operation execution that including receiving of cargoes, storage, picking, packing, delivery to destination, inventory count, billing and document filling.- Accomplishes warehouse operation human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, provide adequate training, assign job, communicating job expectations, monitoring, counseling and disciplining employees.
Ensure operation staff are comply to operation processes, SOP and WI at all time.
- To compile operation data, conduct regular meeting with operation team, review KPI and work on continues improvement on productivity, cost saving and to improve service standard.
Attend to customer meetings, queries and respond within allowable time.- Ensure Safety and Security compliance at workplace at its best, report incident and accident and provide CA & PA.
Responsible to establish harmonious working environment.
- Achieve warehouse objectives and KPI as set by customer and management. Additional function mandated by the management.
COMPETENCE
Education : Diploma / Degree in Business or Logistic Management
Experience : Preferable 1-3 years experience in management (Warehouse Environment)
Skills, Competencies :
- Proficient in standard business office software, good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, ability to think independently and handle multiple tasks though to completion.
Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing senior management and peers.- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy and professional behavior.
