We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Account Management. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Account Management, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service & Delivery team and its growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the accounts handled under your responsibility, have a good understanding and updated with status for other accounts handled by other colleagues;
- To oversee and manage all internal and client communication in all related services to ensure high level of satisfaction;
- Understand and analyze client's business needs and requirements and provide advise to clients on their needs related to the Incorporation and Corporate Secretarial services;
- Establish and maintain good relationship with client;
- Prepare service proposals and legal contracts and follow up with potential clients to conclude agreements for the provision of services;
- Coordinate, manage and control the ongoing Incorporation and Corporate Secretarial services;
- Establish and maintain good relationship with client;
- Organizing meetings with potential clients and existing clients;
- Ensure that the clients are in compliance with the required reporting based on local regulations and ensuring that it is submitted accurately in a timely manner, and in compliance with the policy and regulation of Indonesian government;
- Establish and maintain good collaboration with government institutions and other associations to ensure the correct issuance and renewal of licenses and related permits;
- Research on Indonesia regulations and prepare to discuss the application of such research to the Client's situation;
- Prepare the reports that needs to be submitted to clients and make sure it is accurate and proper presented.
Key requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Law or Economics is preferred
- Detail-Oriented;
- Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
- Good Time Management;
- Reliable and accurate
- High level of initiative
- Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.
