We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Account Manager to join our team. This role is
crucial in managing relationships with our affiliate partners and driving their performance growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping partners succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Partner Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Ensure partners are fully informed about product updates, company initiatives, programs, and relevant industry trends.
2.Performance Growth:
- Analyze partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Applying business development strategy to scale existing and on board new Strategic Business Partners to support our Buyers & GMV Growth.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute action plans aimed at achieving mutual goals.
3.Strategic Planning:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliate partners against KPIs.
- Recommend new opportunities for revenue generation and performance enhancement.
- Grab affiliate partners mindshare to prioritize Lazada over competitors.
4.Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to partners to help them effectively utilize company tools and resources.
- Organize and conduct regular webinars, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions.
- Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
5.Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with internal teams to solve problems and provide the best possible service to partners.
6.Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve partner performance and strategy.
7.Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, strategies, and outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or a related role.
- Experience working with talent agencies, influencers, or in the advertising industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficient command of MS Excel and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills.
- Proven experience in managing clients and partners; persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability in using data to measure performance and make decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
- Strong appetite for technical projects, innovation and automation
- Strategic thinker with aproactive approach to partner management.
