Job Description
Support Enterprise Risk Team lead to maintain and update Enterprise Risk Management Framework and policies, aligned with international standards, relevant regulations as well as internal needs
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Data, Marketing, etc.) to identify and manage risks according to the risk management framework
Maintain and update the Risk Register to ensure identified risks are monitored, and action items are on track
Lead project risk assessments for new projects and partner with IT risk management team where relevant to ensure comprehensive risk assessment is conducted
Lead risk control assessment, and where relevant design and maintain risk control self assessment to ensure key controls are properly implemented
Assist the Company in developing and maintaining a solid awareness and proactive attitude toward risk management, as well as provide necessary awareness, training, and communications to employees
Provide administrative support for Monthly/Quarterly Risk Committee Reporting (including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, minutes of meetings, etc.)
Act as a primary subject matter expert on developing policies and guidelines, along with improvements, to ensure we constantly evolve on how we protect our businesses
Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a risk management function or consultancy background. Experience in a technology, platformed based company or hands-on knowledge/process of accommodation, transportation, experience, and travel insurance would be an advantage
Must have experience in policy and procedure making and review related to risk and non-risk management processes
Must have experience in business process review/audit or process improvement projects
Able to think from a helicopter-view perspective, connecting the dots and giving meaningful feedback to the business
Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work individually in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
Good experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build robust and broadly compatible solutions
Proficient in English and has excellent written/verbal communication skills
It would be advantageous to understand the hands-on knowledge/process of accommodation, transportation, experience, and travel insurance
It would be advantageous to have experience in ISO 31000 and risk management certifications, including those relating to Business Continuity Management
