- Provide the best learning experience to improve Faculty/School competitive advantage
- Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard (Course Out-line and On-line Resources)
- Provide comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase employability of the graduates
- Implement effective global learning system in teaching and learning activities
- Involve in the activities for non-tuition revenue generation within respective faculty/School (e.g. research and professional services)
- Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standard, DIKTI's standard and continuously improved to reach world-class standard
- Contribute actively in the study program specific tasks
- Coordinate with other units, to promote the program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
- Build strong and effective internal / external cooperation which support the overall objectives of Department/School

Faculty Member Activities:
Perform Teaching Activities:
- Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
- Assist students with learning process
- Assessing student's learning
Perform Research Activities:
- Participate actively in specific research projects
- Propose new topics for research projects
- Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
- Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences
Perform Community Services:
- Participate actively in community service programs
- Propose new program for community service
Content Development & Evaluation Activities:
- Enrich and maintain course material
- Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources
- Review and revision (every semester)
- Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process
- Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program
- Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback
- Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard
- Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation process
Teaching Activities:

- Develop and implement new methods of teaching
- Assist students with learning process and applying the knowledge
- Participate in the peer review activities
- Provide the best learning experience for students
- Contribute to their Department/Program/Faculty/School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students critical and creative abilities
Management Support Activities:
- Provide report to Direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Must-have Requirements:
- Minimum Master's Degree related to Automotive & Robotics (Mechanical Engineering/Teknik Mesin)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Willing to be placed at the BINUS ASO School of Engineering (Alam Sutera Campus)
