About The Role

As an
Associate Product Manager, you'll be central to developing a product that resonates with Indonesian customers and partners. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll drive concept development, team coordination, and product optimizationfrom launch to post-launch. This is a unique opportunity to shape Liven's presence in Indonesia and make a meaningful difference in a dynamic market.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of tracking project milestones to ensure timely delivery of essential product features and enhancements that align with Liven's goals in Indonesia.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring features to life that are uniquely tailored for Indonesian users.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations to guide users through onboarding and migration, ensuring smooth experiences for our customers at Plaza Indonesia.
- Address challenges as they arise, helping our team deliver a flawless user journey.
- Collaborate with QA to create and manage test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot product issues to deliver a reliable product to our users.
- Engage with Indonesian stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members, to collect feedback and enhance the product experience.
- Monitor key metrics post-launch, aligning product performance with business goals to ensure a strong presence in the Indonesian market.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentationrequirements, test plans, release notesto keep cross-functional teams aligned and informed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years in product management or a similar role, ideally with experience in mobile app development or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively align teams on complex requirements.
- A user-centric approach, with a passion for delivering impactful products that elevate user experiences.
Good to Have
- Experience with POS systems, loyalty programs, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong data analysis abilities to drive product improvements through data-driven insights.
