Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CAL (Calibration) activities for equipment in the QC Lab as per the predefined schedule.
Responsible for executing the commissioning and qualification processes for equipment until it is operational in the QC Lab.
Responsible for executing the de-commissioning and retirement processes for equipment, including documentation processes for asset accuracy in the QC Lab.
Responsible for coordinating with vendors or suppliers and implementing contractor management requirements.
Responsible for executing CAPEX and documenting the system-related aspects, including asset accuracy in the QC Lab.
Responsible for change management, including documentation, qualification design, qualification execution, and reporting, as per the given target and timeline.
Responsible for implementing Quality Risk Management as the QRM leader, as per the applicable GMP requirements.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelors degree with major mechanical engineering or IT engineering or Pharmacy.
Familiar with Computer Validation and Data Integrity Requirement.
2+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
