Position Overview:
As an Associate Technical Product Manager at Paper.id, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of our products and services. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or undergraduate student seeking hands-on experience in product management within a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to various aspects of product development, and contribute to the success of our products.
What will you do:
- Create and/or manage ClickUp tasks and track progress throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist the Tech team with end-to-end testing activities.
- Help investigate product issues from the technical perspective (e.g. checking internal data and processes, checking vendor data, etc).
- Provide support for tasks that require a high level of attention to detail, such as documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess complex technical information.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SQL query is a plus.
- Familiarity with API is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira) is a plus.
- Familiarity with product UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma) is a plus.
