Job Description

Lead the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Create innovative menus and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service standards.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a hostel or hospitality setting.
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local food trends and cultural preferences.
Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
