Business Development role are identifying market opportunities and drive development of new Fintech business while manage relationship with all stakeholder in company Fintech ecosystem. Contributing to the growth of the company by reach a mutual agreement with potential partners and make alliances. To keep direct communication, negotiate and building a long-lasting relationship with key accounts, partners and potential partners to provide beneficiary plans through all available strategies and models.
Responsibilities
- Serve regular contact points for developing and maintaining a business relationship, troubleshooting, and responding inquiries
- Explore opportunities, provide partnership proposal and negotiate on mutual benefits
- Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth
- Assist with the development of news strategy and advise on platform improvements of specific interest to news partners
- Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, and sales
- Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services
- Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships
- Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship
- Managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
- Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty
- Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships
Requirements
- Min 5 years in the similar role (Business development, partnership, etc)
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry
- Familiarity with business process analysis, mapping, testing and design
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders on proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
