Job Description
AVP HBB Service Operation responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Home Broadband (HBB) and Business-to-Business (B2B) services within the organization.
- Demonstrate the continuous performance of systems/applications, comprehensive day-to-day system/application monitoring, health check, troubleshooting and maintenance of service delivery system.
- Manage the daily operations by fulfilling SLA's, incident, request, and problem management, organizing planned deployments and release and change management, improving lifecycle patch deployment
- Assist, consult or lead for the projects in terms of delivery plan, quality of the delivery, and key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
- Investigation of technical challenges that could arise during testing or acceptance phases.
- Provide technical and systems integration expertise across multiple domains and contribute to knowledge sharing across competence domains
- Manage the end-to-end HBB/B2B operation activity to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HBB/B2B services, meeting customer expectations, and optimizing operational performance.
- Develop and maintain optimal relationships with shared services and service assurance vendors.
- Maintaining robust and resilient HBB/B2B Operations, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and enabling the organization to deliver high-quality services to its customers.
Qualification
- Has extensive experience at least 5 years in telecommunication industry of the IT related function.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications operations, with a focus on HBB and B2B services.3.Strong understanding of network technologies, including FTTH, FWA, and IPTV networks
