Our primary customers are SMEs in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: The Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our human resources strategies and policies, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent. This individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, termination, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years as an HR Manager in a Series A startup.
