Catering to Aigens business growth and regional expansion opportunities, we are looking for a highly motivated, organized self-starter to join our team. You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. What your daily work looks like:
- Responsible for the development of the ordering system and related software products, including the implementation of the front-end user interface and back-end services
- Work with the project manager to complete the architecture design of the ordering system to ensure system scalability and high availability
- Responsible for writing technical documents in the development process, including development plans, system design documents, etc.
- Responsible for continuous technical support for ordering products, including function modifications, system upgrades and performance optimization;
- Perform application maintenance, writing, upgrades and documentation
- Cross-departmental cooperation: work closely with the testing team, product management team and customer service team to ensure that product requirements are accurately implemented and responded to quickly
- Explore, experiments and implement new mobile technologies
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- 2+ years of relevant experience of C# development experience, proficient in C# language and its development in Windows environment;
- Proficient in at least one database (such as MS SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL), candidates with MS SQL Server experience are preferred
- Back-end practical experience including but not limited to Java, and proficiency in other back-end technology stacks
- Practical experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud) and Docker will be an advantage
- Familiar with CMS system and server-side development
- Experience in delivering complete back-end applications across multiple platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to analyze and explain requirements, and align with business goals and product sustainability perspectives
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Fluent in English both verbal and writing
- Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
