• Job Description: As a Bali Freelance Motorbike Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of tourists on exciting motorbike tours around Bali. Your role includes planning routes, ensuring safety, and sharing interesting facts and stories about the places visited. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

• Responsibilities:

Lead motorbike tours for groups of varying sizes.

• Plan and organize tour routes, ensuring a balance between popular attractions and hidden spots.

Ensure the safety of all participants throughout the tour.

• Provide insightful commentary and share local knowledge about Balis history, culture, and landmarks.

Assist clients with motorbike operations and safety guidelines.

• Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

• Collect and manage client feedback to improve tour experiences.

Train new tour guides on routes, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

• Oversee the operations and quality of tours at other locations as needed.

Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional tour experiences across all sites.

• Coordinate with local site managers to implement best practices and operational improvements.

Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to enhance the performance of tour guides and site operations.

• Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Balis geography, culture, and attractions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Valid motorbike license and excellent riding skills.

Previous experience in tour guiding or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to handle diverse groups and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.

• First aid certification is a plus.

Experience in training and managing staff is highly desirable.

• Ability to travel to other locations if required.
