Job Description

As a Banquet And Events Specialist, have responsibilities to ensure the success of various events, ranging from corporate training, meeting, gatherings and galas. Here's a breakdown of what your job description :

  1. Event Coordination: You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial conception to execution. This involves selecting venues, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications :

  1. Education: bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field. Prefer have certifications in event planning or hospitality management.
  2. Experience: have at least 5-7 years of experience in banquet and event planning, demonstrating a track record of successfully executing a variety of events.
  3. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the banquet and event industry is crucial. This includes familiarity with different types of events, venues, vendors, and trends. Experience working in hospitality, catering, or related fields can provide valuable insights.
