Banquet Operations Manager
Are you passionate about everything Food & Beverage and dedicated to ensuring guests leave with a smile As a Banquet Operations Manager, you will have the perfect opportunity to lead a team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests during their special occasions.

What you will be doing:
Oversee the setup of rooms and function areas in the hotel, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each event.
Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.
Manage the teardown and resetting of tables and service areas post-events, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Proven experience in banquet operations or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
