Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels to ensure an adequate supply of beverages and related materials. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Check for proper licensing and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Verify the quality and freshness of beverages served. Ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and deliveries. Generate reports on stock usage and wastage.Collaboration:
Work closely with bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide support and guidance on inventory-related issues.Loss Prevention: Identify and address potential issues related to theft, spillage, or wastage. Implement measures to minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Occasionally assist with customer service duties, such as serving drinks or addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in bar management, inventory control, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct thorough inventory checks and spot discrepancies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and suppliers.Problem-Solving:
