• Location: Canggu, Badung - Bali

• Job descriptions:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar to ensure smooth functioning

• Develop and update beverage menus, including specialty cocktails, wines, and beers

Maintain the bar's equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed

• Organize events, happy hours, and other promotions to boost sales and patronage

Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new drink recipes and promotions

• Monitor and control bar expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards

• Job requirements:

Several years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in bar management or a supervisory role

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism

• Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
