Supervise the team's activity at the Bar Section and assist the Managers in controlling the day-to-day operations.
Serve beverages to guests.
Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all bartenders, track beverage inventory, order supplies, and create daily staffing schedules.
Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Bar Manager, and should be able to conduct the daily briefing.
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the bar/pantry area, as well as managing inventory for alcohol, drinks, and other bar supplies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in the same position.
Highly committed, outgoing, energetic, and, most importantly, possessing a positive attitude.
Strong managerial and communication skills are a MUST.
