Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort's bars, including the roof top bar and pool bar. They will ensure excellent customer service, manage the staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area. The Bar Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring the bar staff.
