Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor at La Favela. As the Bar Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will involve supervising bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing communication between staff and customers, handling food and beverage orders, and coordinating training for bar staff. You will work in Denpasar, Bali.

Qualifications

• Strong mixologist knowledge and experience
• Experience creating and developing alcohol beverage drink
• Supervisory skills, including leading a team and delegating tasks
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and customers
• Knowledge and experience in the same role min. 2 years
• Experience in training and developing bar staff
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid certifications and licenses related to bartending and alcohol service are beneficial
