Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Barista at CocoStory located in Denpasar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, taking customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
