Roemah Koffie is a growing company that established in 2022. We are entering the coffee business to enrich the coffee ecosystem nationally and internationally. We are currently seeking candidates to fill the Barista position for our new outlets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Roemah Koffie located in Tangerang. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the coffee shop. The Barista will also handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Barista, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Food Preparation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
