Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and overseeing plant operations
  • Performs inspections to monitor operating equipments (i.e truck mixer), ops schedule & plant facilities
  • Ensure that all machines are working properly
  • Identifying problems on the plant that arise and recommending plant improvement strategies
  • Ensuring that safety, cleanliness and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial work environment
  • Highly discipline
  • Able to understand, follow, and strictly apply policies, practices, and operating procedures
  • Commitment to working in a safety-conscious environment
  • Good in communication
